After training at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, I have spent my career working in kitchens and front of house expanding my knowledge and skills and training others in this wonderful industry.
From the heart of London to coastal flavours of Greece, and from the leafy surrounds of Surrey to the vibrant food scene in Birmingham, each experience has deepened my love for fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully prepared food.
My journey into the world of professional cooking began with classical training, but it was the hands-on experience across these varied locations that has shaped my approach to food and drink. One that balances technique with creativity, and tradition with a modern twist.
Nine years ago, I made Solihull my home after meeting my now husband while we were both working in a gastro pub in Surrey.
Since then, we’ve built a life and continued to share our passion for amazing food and drink.
Now, we’re embarking on an exciting new chapter: bringing the food we love to our local community. With a focus on quality ingredients, seasonal inspiration, and warm hospitality, our aim is to create dining experiences that bring people together and celebrate everything we’ve learned along the way.
