Originating from Birmingham, Tom is a highly skilled and dedicated chef with more than 25 years of extensive professional experience. Throughout his impressive career, he has had the valuable opportunity to work for a wide range of prestigious employers across the West Midlands.

His background is diverse, encompassing everything from small, independent restaurants known for their unique flair, gastro pubs, corporate venues, luxury cruise ships and 5* hotels that demand the highest standards.

Tom possesses a strong passion for designing menus that emphasise seasonality, quality, and creativity, consistently ensuring that a solid foundation of carefully selected ingredients and bold, balanced flavours remain at the forefront of every dish he creates.

After meeting his now wife, Adele, they chose to settle in Solihull, creating a home together.

Following his most recent role as the executive chef for the Apley Estate including managing an award-winning wedding venue in Shropshire, they have decided to establish a venue of their own.

Tom has combined his exceptional culinary skills with his extensive business expertise to help develop a venue that will stand out as unique in the area.
