Uma
Uma in Barcelona was an amazing experience, everyone arriving at the same time and the door was locked, time was paused and we were immersed in the food, wine and service.
The Olive Tree
The Olive Tree in Bath, relaxed atmosphere and stunning food, wine and spirits. We had an exceptional plum sake and the first time I ever tried smoked eel which is something I will repeat as it was delicious!
